EXO’s Xiumin Bows in Apology During Recording “Mr. Trot 3”: “I Wasn’t Thinking Clearly”
EXO member and solo artist Xiumin made a memorable appearance on the first episode of TV Chosun’s “Mr. Trot 3,” aired on December 19, showcasing his vibrant reactions as part of the show’s “National Master” panel.
Xiumin was deeply immersed in the performances of the contestants, fully enjoying the stage. However, during Nam Seung-min’s performance, he became so engrossed that he forgot to press the heart button, costing the contestant an “all-heart” score. Realizing his mistake too late, Xiumin was visibly shocked and later issued a formal apology.
Xiumin said, “I’ve only seen it on broadcast, so this is the first time I’ve actually experienced missing the chance to press the heart button.… I can’t believe I didn’t press it… I truly wasn’t thinking clearly,” expressing his regret and making everyone laugh.
Throughout the episode, Xiumin’s enthusiasm was evident. He jumped to his feet in excitement whenever an all-heart score was achieved and showed curiosity and anticipation when veteran singer Mose, participating under the stage name Chun-gil, performed.
In addition to his role on “Mr. Trot 3,” Xiumin is busy preparing for a new solo album and is set to connect with fans through various upcoming activities.
